Meta © 2022  台灣兩大外送平台「Uber Eats」與「foodpanda」，為了吸引使用者長期使用，紛紛於不久之前推出了訂閱制度「優饗方案」與「pandapro」，雖然收費價格有所差距，但幾乎都能享有免外送費的優惠，對於經常使用的消費者來說非常實用。但若於精算過後發現，自己每月訂購外送的次數不夠頻繁，還需多繳一筆平台月費，那麼這兩項服務其實也可以透過簡單的方式隨時中止。 步驟1.首先在 Uber Eats 平台，進入主畫面後點擊右下角的「帳戶」，再來找到上方的「優饗方案」。步驟2.接著將頁面往下拉，找到並按下「自動續約」的開關選項。步驟3.確認現在方案的訂閱到期日後，點選「關閉」，下個週期開始就不會再被收取優饗方案的訂閱費用。步驟4.如果是 foodpanda 平台，開啟 App 後點左上角三條線圖示打開選單，找到「pandapro訂閱服務」並按下。步驟5.再來將頁面往下拉到底，就會看見「我想要取消訂閱」。步驟6.點擊「取消訂閱」後，週期結束時就不會再被收取 pandapro 的月費費用，若想要重返優惠則需重新加入。本文同步刊載於PC home雜誌 標籤：教學, 外送, foodpanda, uber eats

What is pandapro? pandapro is a monthly subscription membership that allows you to enjoy exclusive deals and benefits on restaurant, pick-up, grocery, and dine-in orders. 2. What benefits do I get with pandapro? pro users enjoy exclusive discounts on food delivery as well as additional discounts on Pick-Up, groceries, and dine-in. For more details, click on "become a pandapro" tab right under your profile on the app or you can check out the benefits page here 3. When am I eligible to use my pandapro benefits? You will be eligible to utilise your pandapro benefits once your order meets the minimum order amount specified in your plan. 4. How and when can I cancel my pandapro plan? You can cancel your subscription anytime. You will continue to receive benefits until the end of your subscription. Your cancellation request will take effect on the next renewal date. To cancel your subscription, please head to the app and proceed with the following steps. Open the sidebar menu -> Tap “Subscription" -> Tap “I would like to unsubscribe” 5. When will I be billed? After you choose a pandapro plan and submit your payment information, you'll be billed the plan amount shown during subscription signup at the beginning of the plan. Your plan will automatically renew at the end of the subscription on the same date as your initial sign-up until you cancel it. 6. Can I get a refund after I sign up? We will not make any refunds or prorated reimbursements for subscriptions. You can cancel your subscription anytime. You will continue to receive benefits until the end of your subscription. Your cancellation request will take effect on the next renewal date. 7. Can I still use other promo codes on top of my plan benefits? Yes! You can use other vouchers or promo codes in addition to your pandapro free delivery and Pick-Up discount benefits, as long as you are eligible per the minimum order amount stated in your plan. 8. How can I sign up to pandapro? You can subscribe through foodpanda app or foodpanda website. Simply click sidebar menu on the top right hand corner through app OR your profile icon through website, navigate to the “Become a pandapro” page, and subscribe to your preferred pandapro plan! Please note that all pandapro subscription related promotions are only applicable to foodpanda App 9. Will my free delivery benefits be refunded back if my order is cancelled? Free delivery benefits or vouchers used on a cancelled order will be reinstated within 15 minutes or so after your order is cancelled. You can reuse it after. 10. Will I get extra 5% off on every Pick-up order? Yes, pandapro extra 5% off benefits is applicable to all Pick-up orders. 11. Are there any limitations on the pandapro dine-in offers? No minimum order value is needed for discount redemption. The redeemed offer is applicable on all à la carte/regular menu items except combo menus/special set menus. T&C restrictions apply. For more details, visit here. 12. Can I use the dine-in offers anytime I want? Deals are applicable 7 days a week, except on the pre-listed dates such as New Year's Day, Chinese New Year, Valentine's Day, Good Friday, day after the Mid-autumn Festival, Silent Night, Christmas, New Year's Eve and such. Also note that the benefits cannot be combined with other ongoing offers/promotions by the restaurants. 13. Who can enjoy unlimited free delivery benefit? All pandapro members could enjoy unlimited free delivery benefit. 14. How can I enjoy pandapro unlimited free delivery benefits? You shall enjoy free delivery on orders $120 and above at restaurants (excl. delivery fee) and on orders $200 and above at mall & pandamart (excl, delivery fee) for the first 50 orders per month. After the first 50 free delivery orders, you will be able to use free delivery vouchers applicable on orders over HK$250 (after discount, excluding delivery fee) at restaurants, mall or pandamart.
