淡江國企系國商組以全球化視角，提供多元且豐富國際化課程，包括全球市場行銷，國際人力資源管理，國際財務，全球供應鏈管理與國際貿易等，我們目標是培養與激勵新世代的領導者，為全球未來挑戰提供創造性，綜合性和道德的解決方案。我們努力使學生不僅具備廣泛的跨國管理知識，而且還培養成為企業家最需要具備的技能和態度、分析能力、溝通技巧和團隊技能、決策和判斷能力。

專業理論知識：國際企業管理、國際貿易實務、國際財務管理等課程理論。

與相關科系之異同

企管系強調企業內部管理，國企系著重在於外部環境的分析與企業策略擬定。相較於國貿系專注在於經貿理論與實務的分析，國企系更著重在於國際企業的管理與國際行銷的相關課程。

生涯發展容易誤解之處

本系畢業生可投入所有商管與服務產業相關的職位，尤其是國際型的企業，一般來說需要外語能力的企業特別適合。按照過去經驗來看，本系畢業生都很了解自己的優劣勢與市場定位，也很清楚自己的可能出路與生涯發展，鮮少有誤解的狀況。

學習方法容易誤解之處

課程循序漸進，沒有特別難獲特別簡單的課程或領域，學生只要能按照學系安排的課程修習，一般都不會有太困難的學習與適應問題。基本上，只要學生願意付出心力與學習，沒有太困難解決不了的問題與課業。過去的經驗來看，本系的學生有學習不良的情況，大都是分心太多課外的活動或沉溺於電玩或特定的活動所造成。

商展行銷
