訂閱服務後,你的優惠將在結帳時自動為你應用,非常方便! 你也可隨時查看剩餘優惠。 只需轉到你的帳戶,然後點擊「管理訂閱」。

3.     我何時有資格使用我的pandapro優惠?

當訂單達到計劃中指定的最低訂單金額,你就有資格使用pandapro優惠。

4.     我如何及何時可以取消我的pandapro計劃?

你可以隨時取消服務,該取消將在下個月續訂日期生效。 要取消服務,請到「我的訂閱」下的帳戶,然後點擊「我要取消訂閱」。 取消訂購後,你可以繼續使用優惠,直到下個月續訂日期為止。

5.     我何時會收到帳單?

14. 我可於商務平台享受與我個人帳戶相同的pandapro優惠嗎?

抱歉,pandapro所有優惠只適用於個人帳戶,並不適用於商務訂單。

15. pandapro 堂食優惠有甚麼限制?

堂食兌換之折扣不設最低消費額,且適用於參與餐廳常規營業時間內,餐牌上所有的餐點;並不包括套餐/特別餐牌上的餐點。優惠受條款及細則約束,按此 參閱更多詳情。

16. pandapro堂食優惠可以於任何時候使用嗎?

pandapro折扣優惠不可與其他優惠同時使用。優惠每日均可兌換使用,除預先指明之節日:新年當日,農曆新年,情人節、復活節、中秋節翌日、平安夜、聖誕節、除夕等指定節日外。

Pandapro無限次免運費優惠
1. 於2022年3月1日至2022年6月30日期間(包括首尾兩天)(“無限免運費送貨期”)訂閱pandapro計劃後,您將在美食外賣、foodpanda mall和pandamart享受任何訂單的無限免運費送貨服務(“免運費送貨”)。免運費送貨服務應受以下第 2 至 6 條的約束。
2. 每月首50個滿港幣120元以上(不包括運費)之訂單,可享免費送貨服務(“免運費優惠”)。
3. 在無限免運費送貨期期間,50張免運費送貨券將在您訂閱pandapro計劃後的48小時內添加到您的帳戶。50張免運費優惠券適用於foodpanda餐廳、foodpanda mall或pandamart每筆超過HK$250(折扣後,不包括送貨費)的訂單(“免運費優惠券”)。
4.當您用畢首批免運費優惠券 ,foodpanda 將在您最後一次使用免運費優惠券的 48 小時內入補加免運費優惠券於你的帳戶(“補加免運費優惠券“),以確保會員能在無限免運費送貨期期間享有無限免運費送貨服務。 補加免運費優惠券的發出日期應視作與首批免運費優惠券的發出日期相同,故此補加免運費優惠券的有效期與首批免運費優惠券亦相同。為作說明用途,如首批免運費優惠券於2022年3月5日發出,並有效至2022年4月5日,當會員於2022年3月20日收到補加免運費優惠券時,其有效期亦應至2022年4月5日,縱使其發出日為2022年3月20日。
5. 免運費優惠和免運費優惠券都將在您的pandapro計劃續訂周期開始時自動添加到您的帳戶中。
6. 如果您在無限免運費送貨期之前訂閱了pandapro計劃,您將在下一個續訂週期獲得免運費優惠和免運費優惠券。為作說明用途,如果您在2022年2月10日訂閱 pandapro計劃,您將在2022年3月10日收到免運費優惠和免運費優惠券。
7. 中英文兩個版本有任何抵觸或不相符之處,應以英文版本為準。

1. What is pandapro?

pandapro is a monthly subscription programme that allows you to receive exclusive deals and benefits on food and groceries.

2. How do I use my pandapro benefits?

Upon subscription, all your benefits will be automatically applied for you at checkout, hassle-free! You can also check your remaining benefits at any time. Simply go to your account and click "Manage Subscription".

3. When am I eligible to use my pandapro benefits?

You will be eligible to utilise your pandapro benefits once your order meets the minimum order amount specified in your plan.

4. How and when can I cancel my pandapro plan?

You can cancel your subscription anytime, and the cancellation will be effective on the next monthly renewal date. To cancel your subscription, go to your account under “My subscription” and tap on “I would like to unsubscribe”. Once you cancel your subscription, you will continue to receive your benefits until the end of your next monthly renewal date.

5. When will I be billed?

We will bill you for your first month as soon as you choose a plan and provide us with your payment information. For the following months, your plan will be automatically renewed on the same date as your initial signup every month, until cancelled.

6. Can I get a refund after I sign up?

We will not make any refunds or prorated reimbursements for subscriptions cancelled prior to the end of your current subscription period.

7. Can I still use other promo codes on top of my plan benefits?

Yes! You can use other vouchers or promo codes in addition to your pandapro free delivery and Pick-Up discount benefits, as long as you are eligible per the minimum order amount stated in your plan.

8. On which platform can I use pandapro?

You can use your foodpanda mobile app to subscribe and use your benefits. Please note that pandapro is not accessible through web or mobile web.

9. How can I sign up to pandapro?

pandapro is available to all customers to sign up. Please tap on your foodpanda application main menu and select 'Become a pro' to sign up. You will have to input your debit/ credit card details in order to subscribe to the plans. We currently only provide subscription only through debit/credit card purchases, and will be adding other payment solutions soon.

10. Why my plan free delivery is not applied on a particular order?

Delivery fees would be 0 when the order amount is greater than $120.

11. My free delivery is used even when I placed an order from a free delivery restaurant?

Free delivery provided in the plan are applicable for the first placed orders.

12.Will my free delivery be refunded back if my order is cancelled?

Your free delivery quota will not be reduced in case there is an order cancellation.

13. Will I get extra 5% off on every pickup restaurant?

No, extra 5% will only be applicable on the restaurant where there is an existing deal.

14. Can I enjoy the pandapro perks on my corporate account?

Unfortunately, all pandapro benefits do not apply to any corporate orders.

15. Are there any limitations on the pandapro dine-in offers?

No minimum order value is needed for discount redemption. The redeemed offer is applicable on all à la carte/regular menu items except combo menus/special set menus. T&C restrictions apply. For more details, visit here.

16. Can I use the dine-in offers anytime I want?

Deals are applicable 7 days a week, except on the pre-listed dates such as New Year's Day, Chinese New Year, Valentine's Day, Good Friday, day after the Mid-autumn Festival, Silent Night, Christmas, New Year's Eve and such. Also note that the benefits cannot be combined with other ongoing offers/promotions by the restaurants.

17.Who can enjoy unlimited free deliveries?

Both new subscribers and existing pandapro members could enjoy unlimited free deliveries.

18. Any limitations on unlimited free deliveries?

1. Upon subscription to pandapro programme between 1 March 2022 to 30 June 2022 (both dates inclusive) (“Unlimited Free Delivery Period”), you will enjoy unlimited free delivery services of any order on foodpanda restaurants, foodpanda mall and pandamart (“Free Delivery”). The Free Delivery shall be subject to clause 2 to 6 below.
2. You shall enjoy Free Delivery for orders of HK$120 above (excluding delivery fee) for the first 50 orders per month during the Unlimited Free Delivery Period (“Free Delivery Benefits”) .
3. During the Unlimited Free Delivery Period, 50 free delivery vouchers will be added to your account within 48 hours of your subscription, applicable for any orders above HK$250 (after discount, excluding delivery fee) in foodpanda restaurants, foodpanda mall or pandamart per month (“Free Delivery Vouchers”).
4. In the event that you have fully utilised the Free Delivery Vouchers, foodpanda will top up another Free Delivery Vouchers into your account within 48 hours since the last usage of Free Delivery Voucher, to ensure that you enjoy Unlimited Free Delivery during the Unlimited Free Delivery Period (“Top Up Free Delivery Vouchers”). The validity of the Top Up Free Delivery Vouchers shall be the same as the Free Delivery Vouchers and shall be treated as if they were issued on the day the Free Delivery Vouchers were issued. For the purposes of illustration only, if the Free Delivery Vouchers were issued on 5 March 2022, and is valid up to 5 April 2022, and if you receive Top Up Free Delivery Vouchers on 20 March 2022, the validity of the Top Up Free Delivery Vouchers shall be up to 5 April 2022, despite them being issued on 20 March 2022.
5. Both the Free Delivery Benefits and Free Delivery Vouchers will be automatically added to your account at the start of your renewal cycle of the pandapro programme.
6. If you subscribe to the pandapro programme before the Unlimited Free Delivery Period, you will receive the Free Delivery Benefits and Free Delivery Vouchers at the next renewal cycle. For the purposes of illustration only, if you subscribe to the pandapro programme on 10 February 2022, you shall receive the Free Delivery Benefits and Free Delivery Vouchers on 10 March 2022.
7. If case of inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions, the English version will prevail.
